Enroll for Yoga classes with Ginger Kesey RYT 500, TIYT Level 2 below!

A great class for everyone, no prior experience is required. The class will focus on proper alignment and building balance in the body through balancing strength and flexibility. Think of this class as a multivitamin. We will find a good balance between holding poses cultivating balance and stillness as well as finding opportunities to flow.
